My computer went *pop* last night, and now will not power up. Oh, dear. I'm writing this from Sirs' computer, and will be pretty much unavailable until further notice.
The good news? If it's not even making noise, the pop was probably a $0.95 part in the power supply.
The bad news? It may cost a lot to replace that <$1 part; indeed they may replace the whole power supply and take their good time doing it. Do you have an Apple warranty still in effect?
Hi, I saw your post over in naturalliving and I wanted to comment, but the mod there doesn't like when I discuss my community.
I follow a diet/lifestyle called JUDDD (see juddd) which most people purse primarily for weight loss, but it has many other health benefits, which are my primary reasons for following it. Amongst these is an increase in insulin sensitivity - which would be excellent for someone with type 2 diabetes. It could be something to look into.
I apologize for posting in your personal journal and I hope that this is okay and somewhat helpful. Good luck whatever you do!
