Mar. 23rd, 2004 01:35 pmMy dentist is a raving loon. Sir had an appointment today, and while there, mentioned the trouble I'm having with the passport office, asking if he could get copies of bills from my reconstruction, since they have my proper name on them, and are about three years old by now. Dr.F said he'd go one better, he'll give me copies of the bills, and *also* write a letter stating that I have been his patient for the past few years, basically confirming my identity. He wants to see the letter I got, so he can address it directly to the person who sent it to me (the regional director) rather than a 'to whom it may concern'. I did something similar for a friend in college who needed an expedited passport, so this is going to be quite helpful. Dr.F is the same man who pulled some *major* strings to get us help in fighting the board when there were problems with the inheritance of our apartment. He gets cranky when I'm inconvienenced. Hee.:)
Busy day. Not much to write about, really. Still thinking about how to hear, thinking about a lot of other things too, but nothing's really quite coherent.
